ABSTRACT

The article provides readers with general information on requirements of valid Czech legislation applicable on purchase and use of therapeutic lasers in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the contribution deals with current changes in hygienic rules for laser therapy, as well as with impacts of these changes on ordinary users of laser devices. The aim of the information is to explain general conditions the observance of which is inevitable for laser therapists in order not to contravene Czech legislation in the course of acquisition and use of a laser device.
